Upa-yoga is a set of 10 powerful practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system, rejuvenating the entire system.
Angamardana is a series of 30 processes to invigorate the body and reach peak physical fitness and mental health.
Surya Shakti is a potent yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as a holistic process for health, wellness, and complete wellbeing.
Yogasanas are a set of powerful postures to elevate one’s consciousness, stabilize one’s mind, emotions and energy system, and decelerate the aging process.

This is a Studio Module – In Person/ On Premise Program
* Kindly be in an empty stomach condition.
* Wear comfortable clothing, preferably cotton.
* All the sessions are mandatory for the program completion.

* Try to be at least 5 mins ahead, if you are early please feel free to make use of books on the mini – library on the 1st floor.

When children begin their journey with Hatha Yoga, it nurtures their focus, emotional resilience, and natural vitality. Children as young as seven to fourteen can start practicing Hatha Yoga. At this age, their bodies and minds are more receptive to these practices, and the benefits can last a lifetime.
Once the practice is established, It ‘ll take 1-2 hrs to do the whole set regularly.
It can go beyond as well depending on the intensity of the sadhana.
If there is time crunch, teacher will guide you how you can do the practices regularly based on your needs.
Not at all. The practices are taught in a gentle, age-appropriate manner that respects the child’s capabilities. It is designed to be joyful and engaging while still deeply impactful.
